Night works at the intersection of Kumičićeva and Mihanovićeva Streets

On Friday, February 20, 2026, from 23:00 to 06:00, as part of the “Improvement of the water communal infrastructure – Rijeka Agglomeration” project – LOT B, night works will be carried out in Kumičićeva Street at the intersection of Mihanovićeva — Kumičićeva — Radnička (near the Orijent playground). These works involve works on the sanitary sewer collector (construction of an inspection chamber), and traffic will be maintained at a reduced intensity.

During the works:

  • Vehicle traffic will continue to flow normally (except for bus lines) under the existing temporary traffic regulation, with a narrowed traffic lane.
  • To complete the construction of the inspection chamber, works at the intersection will continue until Sunday, 22 February 2026, during regular working hours.
  • Because the traffic lane is narrowed, an agreement with KD Autotrolej has been made that bus line 2 will operate on a temporary route to Trsat via Bulevard on Saturday, February 21 and Sunday, February 22.
