Dean Jurčić, Deputy Mayor of the City of Kastav and Dalibor Babić, Head of the Administrative Department for Spatial Planning, Communal System and Environmental Protection attended the working meeting, along with representatives of the client, contractor, supervision and management.
The representative of the contractor accepted the request of the City of Kastav that the construction works on the construction of water and utility infrastructure in Spinčići, which were announced for the middle of June this year, be postponed until the fall.
At the same time, the representative of the contractor informed the attendees about the changes in the dynamic plan for the execution of works on the entire work group D “Construction of the drainage system – Kastav Expansion” for the year 2023.
In addition to the construction works on the water and communal infrastructure in Spinčići, the start of construction works on subsystem D2-0.2 – Sanitary sewerage and water supply branches of the Belići and Brnini zone and on subsystem D5-1.2 – Sanitary collector Rubeši – section 2 was announced for September 2023.
In conclusion, with the aim of timely planning and effective management of this group of construction works, further activities were agreed at the meeting, including the staking out of the route in the old city center during the summer months, and gradually also on all other subsystems.
We remind you that staking out is carried out for the purpose of preparing the executive project documentation and does not necessarily mean the imminent start of construction works.
