The construction works are being carried out as part of the “Railway Station” sub-project, which, in addition to the construction of the rain spillway, also includes the construction of transport collectors on the main roads (in the streets of Viktor Car Emin and Nikola Tesla) and in the streets of Zdenko Petranović, Milan Butković, and Cambiereva Street. On the sidewalk at the intersection of Cambierijeva and Krešimirova Streets, the construction of a pumping station (CS) Railway Station is planned. The deadline for completing the construction works is September 30, 2022.
After the start of the construction of the Rikard Benčić rain spillway (KP), on May 27, 2022, there will be construction works of water and communal infrastructure in the eastern traffic lane of Nikola Tesla Street, a length of 110 meters. For these needs, the eastern traffic lane will be occupied on the existing four-lane road, and the one-lane traffic from the direction of Krešimirova ulica – Viktora Cara Emina will be directed to the free eastern traffic lane. Traffic from the opposite direction will be reduced from three lanes to two lanes, while the pedestrian crossing at the intersection with Milana Butkovića Street will be closed for pedestrians.
Short-term stoppages and traffic jams are possible during the works, so we ask all drivers for their understanding and patience.
